Thanks P.K. for all of your hard work in finding those extras on the Lost Season 3 DVD. Your quest has inspired me to look for some as well. I was able to find 3 more extras:
Select Monitor 2:
Make sure the dot is on "The Lost Book Club," press left and then up, here you will discover the "magic" behind the fish biscuit machine.
Select Monitor 5:
In the deleted scenes menu, press right two times to reveal a dot right next to "Introducing Nikki and Paulo" to find a clip of the actor that plays Paulo doing his own stunt (from "Expose'"...impressive.
In the same deleted scenes menu, highlight "Changing Our Luck," press right three times to view a clip about Executive Producer Jack Bender's dog, Lulu. Poor dog, at least he found his fifteen minutes of fame on the DVD extras.
